The Journey at a Glance

Osho's Mystic Rose therapy changes lives deeply and leaves a lasting impression on those who go through it. It was important to move past hearsay and find out if this is truly the case for everyone. This study is our attempt to do just that.

This is a questionnaire-based approach, straightforward questions, offering choices that allows participants to evaluate the experience from several different angles: how they felt immediately after completing the Mystic Rose, and how much of that experience actually stayed with them and integrated into their daily lives long after the therapy ended.

To get a complete picture, the questionnaire was shared with a broad group of people. Some completed the therapy just recently, meaning their memories are fresh and vivid, while others went through it years ago โ€” where the specific details might be softer, but the long-term impact is more deeply grounded.

Summary

This report analyzes the experiences of 97 participants who completed the 21-day Osho Mystic Rose therapy. The data confirms the therapy is a highly effective tool for emotional unburdening, demonstrating a remarkably high retention of positive, long-lasting benefits across all demographics.

The Compounding Effect

The benefits of the therapy increase significantly with repetition. Immediate post-therapy feelings of being "light, alive, and good in the body" jump from 50% for one-time-attendee to 73% for returning participants.

Navigating Challenges vs. Meditative Depth:

One-time-attendees primarily gained resilience, with 65% reporting being better equipped to handle life challenges. Returning attendees shifted inward, with 71% reporting deeper meditation and an easier time coming home to themselves.

High Long-Term Retention

The positive impacts are highly enduring. Only 2 individuals in each cohort โ€” roughly 4% โ€” reported that they felt no long-term changes or that the effects had faded.

A Mature Core with International Reach

The majority of participants (56%) are between 36 and 55 years old. While 76% of the audience is based locally in India and Nepal, the therapy's footprint extends internationally to Germany, the USA, Russia, and Australia.

Voices from the Journey

The Essence in Their Own Words โ€” ten reflections taken directly from participants that capture the true essence of the 21 days:

There was this constant pain I felt in me. And constantly felt heavy. I don't feel that anymore... majorly I am happy, peaceful and content.

I was able to stand back and reflect on my situation, rather than react compulsively, even during times when I felt strong emotions... I am able to take better decisions that are more aligned with being.

It brought me closer to my raw emotions as flowing energy in my body, detached from the story the mind connects to it.

During Mystic Rose, I faced and released a lot of inner issues I had been carrying for years... That connection has stayed with me, and even in my business today, I feel a new ease in being myself without pretence.

It actually shifted my reality inside... It just opens the heart and brings trust in life, and the surrender comes by itself.

There was a fundamental shift in the way I accepted my belly laughter.

My meditation, which I call silent sitting, has deepened greatly. During sitting, the body sometimes moves spontaneously, releasing stored tensions... I naturally choose more silence.

I worry less about little problems now and I have started travelling more... I'm trying more things now which I avoided earlier.

There's a lightness in the body, a softness in the voice and a watching that's been increasing... My relationship with my father has healed deeply.

I found that there is something more in life which I never noticed before... Sometimes suffered from aloneness but now I am not trying to ignore that aloneness or emptiness, it's beautiful and peaceful.

At the peak of his corporate career, a profound turning point guided him onto the spiritual path, leading to a deep, expansive journey with Osho that opened up completely new creative dimensions. His early travels around the world allowed him to live and practice meditations across Nepal, Himachal Pradesh, and East Asia, deeply shaping his understanding of life and human connection. For well over a decade now, his inner journey has continued to unfold through traveling, living, practicing, and sharing meditation retreats and meditative therapies (ahthis.in).
