Pune: Osho Meditation and Music Monsoon Festival was organized by Osho International, Pune, from August 11 to 15, in which thousands of Osho lovers from India and abroad participated in meditation, dance, music, fun, enthusiasm, celebration, and joy. Many colourful programmes were organized on this occasion.

The famous guru known as Osho broke with tradition in emphasizing a personal form of spirituality free from rituals and dogmas. While he often criticized in life and portrayed as unserious, Osho’s teachings were and remain a profound look at the human psychological and spiritual experience.
In a world marked by the incessant battles of organized religion and power-hungry politicians, a controversial mystic emerged. He challenged the status quo and urged individuals to break free from the shackles of dogma and herd mentality. Osho Rajneesh, often referred to simply as Osho, was a maverick spiritual teacher who defied traditional norms, igniting adoration and controversy in equal measure.

This meditation therapy is an intense & transformative process. It starts with one week of 3 hours laughing, followed by a week of 3 hours crying and ends with a week of 3 hours in silence. This therapy includes Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini Meditation and the Evening Meditation every day.
