Yoga & Meditation Retreat

In this retreat, along with active meditations we’ll explore techniques from classical Hatha Yoga that purifies the body and mind, bring harmony and silence within.

Participants will be guided through different yoga practices with clear demonstrations and proper adjustments along with a variety of Active and Passive meditations like Dynamic, Kundalini, Vipasanna and many other meditations.

Asanas work to purify all the faculties of our being, starting with the body, it prepares the ground for meditation and removes suppressed energy stored in our body. Through the movement and stillness, they channelize the energy flow and cultivate the meditativeness.

Pranayamas

All the suppressed emotions and blocked energy is stored in the patterns of our breath, pranayamas helps us to breathe those old patterns and makes our breath free from the past! Purification of the breath makes the energy movement light and easily flowing.

Chanting Meditations

Chanting sacred sounds, they help to collect the divided and fragmented energy of body-breath-mind together and creates harmony inside.

Dynamic Meditation

Powerful and Active Meditation to cleanse and detox the whole body-mind.

The program will focus on release, silence, and awareness.

Osho says, “Yoga simply means union. The best definition of yoga, and the shortest, is by the great seer Vyasa. He says yoga is samadhi, yoga is ENSTASIS. Ordinarily samadhi is translated as ecstasy — that is not right, because ecstasy literally means to stand out. Samadhi is to stand in! It should be translated as ENSTASIS not as ECSTASIS. Yoga is ENSTASIS — standing in, doing nothing, just being. That state is meditation.”
