Trustees of destruction
Dhyan
Chaitanya
I register a strong protest against senseless destruction which took place at Buddha hall at the behest of so-called
(DIS)-Trustees. I have no more faith left with these destructors who are supposed to maintain & manage Osho Commune's activities & property....

Speaks Up
Ma
Anupamao
As I have been in Pune until August and worked in the commune for
many years I would like to share some of my experience. Not much
is known directly about Osho's guidance for the new pyramid.
Mostly we have only the words of some people. To the perception of
some friends...

Aghast!
Ogi, Chesanto, Ashanta, Peruva, Maatmohira
Beloved, we were saddened to learn from you that a few days ago the tent of Buddha Hall in Ashram (Osho Commune, Pune) was pulled down.
We understand wholly that there might be reasons for development, but why destruction of the place which is so associated with the Master. We see no reason for two Halls to be placed in Ashram. Please use your best influence in order to preserve the old Buddha Hall as monument of Osho’s heritage...

I want to express my deep solidarity with your letter to the Pune circle. I just cannot believe this destructive act which shows such disrespect and insensitivity towards us
sannyasins and all friends of Osho’s. This place meant so much to me who has never known Osho in his body...

Part of our heart is there!
Ma Alok Afrodita
I had heard about the demolition of Buddha Hall. I've been there last year. I took sannyas there and I felt the
energy of Osho and the energy of all the sannyasins around the world. I celebrated life every day in
Buddha Hall. I felt life going through my body in Buddha Hall.

Current situation in the Commune
Author's name withheld on request
Today I came to know that during White Robe yesterday they had taken down the marble from the wall,
from where Osho used to enter. Pieces were lying on the ground afterwards
and
the friend I
spoke to
said he and
his friends
had taken
whatever
small pieces
were there...

Beloved
travelers, friends of Osho,
This letter I have written to Keerti as he and others, will try to do something about Buddha Hall being taken apart. But I also want to send this letter to the people in the Resort who are deciding over these matters, as if the rest of us, are not to be taken in account at

Both
can co-exist

I am bewildered to know that the place that became scared with Osho's continuous presence, for that very reason it
became a movement in itself. What is the compulsion to destroy such a
Dhyan Mandir? However grand and beautiful the newly built auditorium is, can it be as important as the Buddha Hall that was graced by Osho Himself. What's the harm if both co-exist? Can a trailing gown of of an empress be matched to the holy shroud of Jesus?
Can this sacred space be transferred to another?
K.S. Radhakrishnan Renowned sculptor and artist
At Buddha Hall Dhyan Mandir in Osho Commune Pune, Osho delivered discourses for more than two decades and this Buddhafield is not just a structure but a spiritually charged space where the masters presence is strongly felt. Can this sacred space be transferred to another?
