'In Harmony with Nature' - An Exhibition of Ceramics

“In harmony with nature”, an exhibition of ceramics was inaugurated in Osho World Galleria on 22nd August, 2003. Chief Guest Shri Rajiv Lochan inaugurated the exhibition by lighting candles. Artist Pooja Wadhwan gave a meaningful dimension while playing with clay to create life forms in them. The ceramics so created have the essence of nature with leaves and stems, presented in colours that creates an ambience of silence.

In the artist’s own words, “Clay is a medium I easily relate to and gives me a feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment. Applying an unconventional approach, I add a meaningful dimension to my work through fusion of various art forms. My creative energy flows through the forms reflecting my connectivity with nature. It was an aesthetic experience to capture the essence of nature in my forms by using texture of leaves and stems. I have used the silence, stillness and calmness of nature in my work to create life in my forms.”

The products are on display till the 28th August, 2003.

“The essence of wisdom -- to be in harmony with nature, with the natural rhythm of the universe. And whenever you are in harmony with the natural rhythm of the universe you are a poet, you are a painter, you are a musician. you are a dancer.”_Osho.
