Meditation Groups 


Vigyan Bhairav Tantra -
During this group, we practice tantra methods taken from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.


The 4,000 year-old Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is an ancient compendium of instructions for 112 awareness techniques that bring us back into the present moment.

In a group of 3 days, we will be experimenting with 12 techniques based on 12 Sutras.
One has to participate for all 3 days as we build the intensity and depth from the beginning towards the end.
By participating fully, our consciousness expands and we move deeper into relating with ourselves, with others and with life itself.

  4. Intervals of Silence and Witnessing
  5. Partner Exercises
