Swami Satya Vedant

Swami Satya Vedant Swami Satya Vedant was initiated into Sannyas by Osho in 1975. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Michigan, U.S.A., and M.A., Ph.D. from M.S. University of Baroda, India Vedant has given numerous talks, participated in seminars and conferences and has presented workshops in India, Canada, and the United States of America. His workshops have been mainly focused on Stress Management and Managerial Effectiveness, Leadership, Human Relationship, Women and Self Empowerment, Education, and Health Enhancement for the Police.

Vedant's publications include books and a wide range of articles published in journals, magazines, and newspapers in India, USA, and Australia. He has given numerous public lectures and has held workshops around the world including at the United Nations, The World Bank, the Pentagon, as well as at Dr. Deepak Chopra's program in San Diego.

 
Ma Anand Bhagawati

Ma Anand Bhagawati Ma Anand Bhagawati has been Osho’s disciple for more than 30 years. A computer hardware specialist by profession, she worked in the Shree Rajneesh Ashram’s kitchen Vrindavan, in the medical center and later, in the press office. When Osho left for America, she ran the Vihan Meditation Center in Berlin, Germany and later, in Rajneeshpuram, her work experiences ranged from legal services, to taxi driver, to ‘Twinkie’ (tour guide and press relations). During the Pune 2 years she worked in the main office.

Her home for more than 15 years has been the island of Bali, Indonesia. Always interested in writing and reading since she was a child, she now enjoys being a columnist and author. She also loves traveling to and around India as much as possible.

 
Swami Chaitanya Keerti

Swami Chaitanya Keerti Swami Chaitanya Keerti was initiated into Osho's Neo sannyas movement in 1971 and ever since has been dedicatedly associated with the world of meditation. He has been the spokesperson for Osho Commune International and also the founding editor of Osho Times International being published from Pune since 1975. He is presently the spokesperson and the editor of osho world monthly magazines published from New Delhi. He has been the editor-publisher of Osho books also. He is the author of three books on Osho: Allah to Zen, The Osho Way: In Romance with Life, and Osho Fragrance. Swami Chaitanya Keerti regularly contributes articles on meditation and other subjects to several newspapers and magazines. He travels extensively to conduct meditation camps in different parts of the country and abroad.

 
Swami Anand Kul Bhushan

Swami Anand Kul Bhushan An editor, author, publisher and a media consultant by profession since 1967, Swami Anand Kul Bhushan was initiated into sannyas in 1974. Before returning to India, he directed an Osho Meditation Centre in Nairobi from 1974 to 1994. He worked as Business Editor of the leading Nairobi newspaper; contributed to major news agencies; represented International Press Institute for Africa; and was honoured with Journalist of the Year award. A Media Consultant for UNIDO - United Nations Industrial Development Organisation - in Vienna from 1997 to 1999 and in New Delhi from 2000 onwards, he has authored 24 books on various subjects. He is involved in the work of the Osho World Foundation in New Delhi, edited Osho World News since 2003 and conducts Sufi Meditation Camps at Oshodham.

 
Ma Dharm Jyoti

Ma Dharm Jyoti Ma Dharm Jyoti was among the first group of twenty persons who took sannyas from Osho. She has lived most of her life since then with Osho. She has been translating and editing Osho books from His discourses.

Her book, “One Hundred Stories for Ten Thousand Buddhas” has been a favourite with disciples and friends of Osho and has been published in several languages around the world. She now lives in Delhi at the Osho Rajyoga Meditation Center or Oshodham and leads meditation camps all over the country and abroad.

She travels regularly to conduct meditation camps at St. Petersburg in Russia, Denmark, Germany and in different parts of USA. She has been leading the essential meditation groups Mystic Rose, No- Mind and Born Again at Oshodham.

 
Swami Deva Rashid

Swami Deva Rashid Swami Deva Rashid's life started when he took sannyas in 1977. In Poona One he worked as Osho's vegetable gardener. On the Ranch he spent a lot of time in the Pot-Washing room and the Fire Tower. In Poona Two, till the Master left the body, he was that body Guard, an editor and all jobs in between. Now he lives in Devon, England with Nisheetha, keeps bees, designs buildings and landscapes for sacred use, has published two volumes of poetry, written a book about the pathless path we all are treading and hangs out with a tribe of grandchildren. And mostly, by choice, he does a lot of nothing.

 
Ma Prem Tao

Ma Prem Tao Living In Paradise on Hawaii Island for the past 22+ years. Sannyasin since Poona, 1977 where she lived in the ashram until 1980. Drifted away (as far as one can drift away) after Bhagwan became Osho. Strongly feel His presence at this amazing and pivotal time in the world. After the Ranch, she was as a full-time Professional Psychic and Intuitive Counselor; Created/Hosted Psychic Airwaves, her live call-in radio show in Kona and in Honolulu. She formed Weddings A La Heart her innovative wedding company in 1996, and creates unique, custom ceremonies for the heart and soul.

Swatantra Sarjano

Swatantra Sarjano Swatantra Sarjano made India his home more than 30 years ago. Sarjano started the Rajneesh Café in the Osho Ashram in Pune, and was a photographer in Italy for some years before coming back to Pune when Osho returned. He now lives in Goa and runs an authentic Italian restaurant.

 
Swami Prem Parivartan

Swami Prem Parivartan Swami Prem Parivartan is a postgraduate in English literature from the University of Poona.

In 1984, he was initiated into Osho's neo sannyas. 

Parivartan completed his second Post Graduation in Journalism and Communications from the University of Poona in 1989. He started to work for the Print Media and the Corporates as a writer-editor for 13 years before moving on to become a green activist and take to tree planting as a full time fervor. 

Based in Delhi, India, he travels all over the country to make efforts at spreading awareness for planting trees. He delivers talks and lectures to villagers, community gatherings, students, institutions to create awareness towards importance of planting more and more trees.

 
Ma Deva Naisha

Ma Deva Naisha Ma Deva Naisha (Roberta Lemon), B.S.Y.A.(C.I.) was born in the British Channel Island of Guernsey and qualified as a yoga instructor with the British School of Yoga in 1999. Since then, besides working as a stage and screen actress in Hollywood, she has taught thousands of yoga classes all over the Greater Los Angeles area, Mexico and Guatemala, where she has now made her home with her adopted Mayan daughter, Sundara who is 6 months old.

 
Ma Prem Gitamo

Ma Prem Gitamo Before attending any of Osho’s meditation camps, Ma Prem Gitamo read three of His books, ‘Notes of a madman, Glimpses of a golden childhood, Books I have loved’ and was gripped by Him. Immediately after, she went to attend a 3-day meditation camp near Surat in 2001 along with her husband and 10 month old daughter. She could not attend any of the meditation sessions because of her daughter’s fever but on last day, she attended one, felt overwhelmed by Osho and took sannyas the very next day. For Gitamo, Osho has become the song in her life ever after.

 
Ma Deva Priya

Ma Deva Priya Ma Deva Priya is a beloved disciple of Osho. She has been in her Master’s presence since her infancy, as she was fortunate to be born to parents who became Osho disciples in the very early days. In 1969, when her mother came to Osho, Priya happened to be in her mother’s womb. While her parents were meditating and growing in consciousness, she was also imbibing the meditative space in her tender impressionable age. This made her really a unique child.  

Priya started making visits to Osho Commune, Pune, when she was six years old and was initiated into Sannyas when she was seven. She joined Rajneeshpuram commune in USA when she was merely 12. She was blessed to have her education and practical meditative life experience for 4 years while she was in Osho’s presence in Rajneeshpuram. This experience continued when Osho came back to Pune in 1987. As per Osho’s guidance, she did her master’s degree in Psychology while living in the Pune commune. During this period she had the opportunity to work in the finance and legal departments of the commune. 

Presently she lives and works in Dharamshala at Osho Nisarga Foundation - a meditation center in the Himalayas. As part of the administrative set up of the meditation center, she is a full time devotee for its upkeep and smooth running.

 
Ma Prem Naina

Ma Prem Naina Ma Prem Naina was initiated into Sannyas in 2003 at Oshodham. She holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and an MBA. She is engaged in the editorial work of Osho World magazines and www.oshoworld.com.

She is also into the management of events of Osho World Foundation and media relations.

 
Swami Harideva

Swami Harideva Swami Harideva is a former director of Zohar Institute in Tel Aviv, the Crisis Institute in Cologne Germany and Aaah Yes Institute in Fairfax California. At the Gyuto Monastery in Dalhousie, India [now Bhutan] Swami Harideva was the first Western student of Tara Tulku. In 1970 he studied with Neemkerali Baba, Gongka and Swami Satchadananda. The following year he met Acharya Rajneesh, later known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh and then as "Osho". One of the first Western disciples of Osho, he remained a disciple until the latter's death in Poona, India in 1990.In March 1971 Harideva introduced Rajneesh's work to the West and opened three meditation "houses" in America.He also opened meditation and therapy centers in Paris, Moscow, Tel Aviv and Germany.In 1988 he suggested the name "Osho" to Rajneesh while preparing "Friends of Osho" programmes. Subsequently Harideva was "banned" by the administrators of the Poona commune.Swami Harideva died in the Haridwar, India foothills in March 2009. He had been on world tour giving talks on meditation, creativity and Osho's legacy since July 2008 and was to return to San Francisco in July 2009. Gyuto monastery, his original monastery, interned his ashes in a public samadhi in Bhutan. His activities have been reported in the Rajneesh Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Viha News, Osho Times and the Times of India.

 
Swami Atmo Ninad

Swami Atmo Ninad Swami Atmo Ninad, MD was introduced to Osho in 1988 when he was a medical student. He is the author of three books in pharmacology, dedicated to Osho. He has been teaching medicine for the last 16 years and has taught in various medical colleges of India and abroad. He is also conducting meditation camps for the medical students. Osho says Medication heals from outside and Meditation heals from inside. He has been meditating regularly and has found Dynamic meditation and the Osho guided meditations like anapan sati-yoga, akriya dhyan and night meditation work best for him. He feels specially the Osho white robe brotherhood satsang creates an undercurrent of silence and connection with the master. He loves to share Osho's vision and is facilitating Osho meditation celebration camps and meditative therapy groups like no-mind, mystic rose and born again.
